We love to do custom orders, however the demand for us to do custom orders has increased greatly. In order for us to keep up with current orders as well as custom orders we have had to change the way we handle our custom orders.
Starting immediately, we will still only charge the normal price of the product (we never charge extra for custom designs) however, in order to be placed on our “Custom Order Waiting List” we will now require a non refundable 50% design fee. The fee must be paid prior to be put on our list. Our waiting list is in first come, first served basis. Once we send you a proof of the design, we can make changes to the design to fit your needs. If you decide to purchase the product, you will then pay the other 50% of the fee.
For example; if you would like a custom designed invitation, we will require $5.00 up front and the remaining $5.00 will be due if you decide to purchase.
If you would like to be placed on our waiting list, please contact us with your design ideas and party details. We will then set up a special listing for you to pay for the first portion of the design. Once the payment has been made, we will place you on your waiting list.
Our current waiting time is 2 weeks from the date you are added.
