While we strive to get your products to you within 24 hours, we ask that you prepare for the following times to receive your printable files.
• Single items will be emailed within 1-3 business days.
• 2 to 4 items will be emailed within 4 business days.
• Basic Party packages (5 or more items) will be emailed within 5 business days
• Standard Party packages (10 or more items) will be emailed within 6 business days
• Ultimate Party Packages will be emailed within 8 business days.
All items will be emailed to the email address you include during checkout. Please make sure it is a correct email address.

Once we have received your OK to print, your items will be printed immediately and will be ready for assembly.
• Invitation orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the proof being approved
• Party Decoration orders will be shipped according to the timeframe discussed prior to ordering. If we did not discuss a timeframe, your items are due to arrive the week before your party date.
Your package will be shipped from Clearwater, FL via USPS Priority mail. Priority mail is normally 2-3 business days for delivery.
…RUSH ORDERS:
We offer rush service for most of our items. We do ask that you contact us for availability PRIOR to purchasing.
We charge $5.00 or single item purchases and $10.00 for multiple items. Rush service orders are guaranteed within 24 hours, however most of the time rush orders are processed as soon as the order it placed.
